Rates:

Nightly: In Season & Holidays - $200 per night, plus sales and occupancy tax. (2 night minimum)
Nightly: Off Season - $150 (2 night minimum)
Weekly In Season - $1100
Weekly Off Season - $900

In-Season - May 15th through October 31st., Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas week. Rate includes NC taxes and cleaning fee.) Sorry, no smoking, no firearms, and no pets. Occupancy restricted to a maximum of six (6).

Check-in at 3:00 pm, check-out at Noon. We accept personal checks, money orders & Pay Pal. 50% Deposit required to hold reservation. The remaining 50% is due three (3) weeks before check-in, along with an extra 15% Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be returned immediately, and in whole, after inspection of the property.
